   Welcome to the Strictly Record Club, a Monthly Subscription Club ("the Club"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your membership and use of the Club’s services. By subscribing, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully.

   3. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Cancellation and Termination

   2. Cancellations must be made before the next billing cycle to avoid further charges.

6. Shipping and Delivery
   1. Physical products included in the subscription will be shipped to the address provided at online customer checkout or for in-store pickup per customer request.

   3. Strictly Discs is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
7. Returns and Refunds
   1. Subscription fees are charged monthly, expire 365 days from issuance per state law and are non-refundable once charged.
   2. Defective or damaged new vinyl products may be eligible for a replacement. Used vinyl products are not eligible for a replacement.
   3. Contact customer support within 7 days of receipt for return requests.
8. Privacy Policy

9. Limitation of Liability
